good things, moving. Let’s talk freight

White glove & final-mile delivery

When the doorstep is not the finish line.

A business delivery, a showroom installation or equipment that needs careful placement. We help define what “delivered” needs to mean, then coordinate an appropriate final-mile provider.

Let’s plan the move

When this might fit.

  • Furniture, fixtures or equipment requiring inside delivery.
  • Retail, office and other locations with access or appointment rules.
  • Freight needing additional handling beyond standard dock delivery.

How we help.

01

Define the finish line

Threshold delivery, room-of-choice placement, unpacking and debris removal are different services. We help translate your expectations into a clear scope for the provider.

02

Check the site before dispatch

Stairs, elevators, doorway dimensions, loading access and crew requirements can change the job. Photos and site instructions help us ask the right questions early.

03

Coordinate the people and timing

We help align the delivery window and contact details with the receiving team. Assembly or installation, when available, must be specifically agreed; it is not automatically included in white-glove delivery.

Good questions.

Before you book.

Does white glove always include installation?

No. Providers use the term differently. We confirm each requested task, required crew and any exclusions before booking.

Can you arrange residential delivery?

We can check appropriate residential options. Tell us about loading access, stairs, appointments and the level of delivery service needed.

Is a liftgate enough for inside delivery?

A liftgate helps move freight between the truck and ground. It does not by itself include inside delivery, stairs or placement. Those services need to be specified separately.

Example shipping situations

This is what we mean by handled.

A store opening.
A lot beyond the truck.

Fixtures need to get inside before the store opens. We help work through truck fit, loading order, the receiving window, the crew and removal of packaging, with the full delivery scope agreed in advance.

New equipment.
Right where it is needed.

A dock delivery is not enough. We help coordinate an appointment, inside placement and unpacking. Need old equipment removed too? We check provider acceptance and confirm any added cost before proceeding.
