Can you help with just one large order?
Yes. Tell us about the specific item and route. We can check available freight options without asking you to become a high-volume shipper.
Do you replace parcel shipping?
No. Ordinary parcel service is often the simplest fit for small packages. We help when the item, quantity or delivery requirements call for a freight or specialized-delivery plan.
What if I sell through Etsy or eBay?
We can discuss the freight leg of an order from an online marketplace. LoadKite is independent of Etsy and eBay and does not import orders or buy marketplace labels for you. Check the marketplace’s current shipping, tracking and buyer-communication rules before choosing an outside provider.
Does white glove mean assembly is included?
No. Inside delivery, placement, unpacking, assembly and removal are different tasks. Tell us the finish line you need so we can check provider acceptance and price the agreed scope.
Can I get a rate before I list the item?
We can help you plan with the available details. A firm quote depends on the final packed measurements, locations, timing, provider availability and agreed delivery scope.
