good things, moving. Let’s talk freight

International & cross-border shipping

From your supplier. To your customer.

An overseas supplier, a container arriving here or a customer across the border. We help connect the transportation, customs coordination and receiving arrangements into one practical shipping plan.

Let’s plan the move

When this might fit.

  • Import or export shipments moving by ocean or air.
  • Full containers or smaller ocean shipments sharing container space.
  • U.S.–Canada and U.S.–Mexico freight needing cross-border coordination.

How we help.

01

Work out who handles each step

Start with the supplier location, ready date and agreed buying terms. We help identify which transportation steps you need, the responsible providers and the costs or requirements to clarify.

02

Connect the international and inland legs

Through suitable forwarding and customs providers, we coordinate the international shipment and the next steps: port or airport pickup, drayage, transloading, warehouse receiving and final delivery.

03

Keep the paperwork moving with the freight

The responsible customs and forwarding specialists confirm documentation, commodity restrictions and clearance requirements. For border moves, we also clarify whether the freight will transfer between trucks and who handles the handoff.

Good questions.

Before you book.

Do you find factories or source products?

Our role starts with planning freight from your supplier. We help with shipping and logistics coordination, rather than factory sourcing or product procurement.

Do you handle customs clearance yourselves?

We coordinate with the appropriate customs providers. The responsible licensed specialist handles the clearance work and confirms importer/exporter requirements.

Can you help after the container arrives?

Yes. We can work through drayage, transloading, warehousing, fulfillment and inland delivery with suitable partners. We confirm the complete scope before booking.

Can I compare air and ocean?

Yes. We can ask the appropriate providers to compare options for your product and route, considering timing, cost and handling. A quoted transport time is not a promise of customs-release timing.

The next piece of the journey.
